Install Mounty in Ubuntu 12.04/11.10/Linux Mint and Mount any image with Mounty

Mounting a disk image files (. Iso,. Img,. Dmg, and so on) in Ubuntu is not that difficult. There are various applications developed for this task.
But Mounty, the system tray applet, perhaps - the most simple of them.

To install Mounty with OmgUbuntu ppa on Ubuntu/Linux Mint open Terminal (Press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy the following commands in the Terminal:
  • sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kokoto-java/omgubuntu-stuff
  • sudo apt-get update
  • sudo apt-get install mounty
That's it
