Yorba has just released Shotwell 0.12.1, a bug-fix release of our popular GNOME-based photo manager. This version fixes a critical issue in which the absence of a certain .ui file would cause the application to fail to launch in direct-edit mode.

To install Shotwell on Ubuntu/Linux Mint open Terminal (Press Ctrl+Alt+T) and copy the following commands in the Terminal:
If you already have shotwell just enter following commands:
- sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yorba/ppa
- sudo apt-get update
- sudo apt-get install shotwell
